AlleyCat started with a simple thought: Who’s keeping our pets company while we’re busy being humans?
After seven years of cat sitting and five years of dog sitting, I’ve learned that sometimes the smallest moments make the biggest difference in an animal’s day.
But the real inspiration came from my own dogs. I know what it’s like to come home after a long workday to a furry face that’s been waiting patiently for the fun to begin. Some evenings, all I want to do is curl up on the couch with my boys. But they’ve spent their day waiting for a walk, a little attention, or simply someone to hang out with.
I used to wish there was someone nearby who could stop in, stretch their legs, give them some love, and break up those long afternoons. So I created AlleyCat.
We’re here for the busy workdays, the restless paws, the afternoon potty breaks, and the pets who deserve a little more excitement between breakfast and dinner.
Because a good day shouldn’t have to wait until their humans get home. ♡
